Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Grease and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Combine mango preserves with chopped cashews.

Lightly sprinkle each pastry square with spices.

Place 1½ tablespoons of the mango mixture in the center of each pastry square.

Brush pastry edges with egg wash, then fold into a triangle to seal the filling.

Arrange pastries 2 inches apart on the prepared sheet and chill for 30 minutes.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until light golden.
