Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Grease and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Combine mango preserves with chopped cashews.

  4. Lightly sprinkle each pastry square with spices.

  5. Place 1½ tablespoons of the mango mixture in the center of each pastry square.

  6. Brush pastry edges with egg wash, then fold into a triangle to seal the filling.

  7. Arrange pastries 2 inches apart on the prepared sheet and chill for 30 minutes.

  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until light golden.

  9. Remove from oven, dust with confectioners' sugar, and cool before serving.
