Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and lightly oil a large baking sheet or platter.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook onion until translucent.

  3. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until no longer pink.

  4. Stir in taco seasoning and refried beans, cooking until blended and softened.

  5. Arrange tortilla chips on the baking sheet, then layer with the beef-bean mixture and cheeses.
