Easy Lemonade Cookies

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Cream butter and sugar until light, then beat in eggs until fluffy.

Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture, alternating with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate.

Stir in grated lemon peel, if desired.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Transfer cookies to racks to cool completely.

Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
