Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Pat chicken breasts dry. In separate bowls, whisk eggs and combine Parmesan with breadcrumbs.

  3. Dip chicken into the whisked eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place the breaded chicken on a greased baking sheet, then drizzle with salad dressing and melted butter.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
