Easy Homemade Japanese Sesame Dressing

Instructions

  1. Toast 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds in a frying pan over low heat until a few seeds pop, then remove from heat.

  2. Grind the toasted seeds into a fine powder.

  3. Mix the powdered sesame with 2 to 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
