Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups pomegranate juice and 2 cups granulated sugar, then bring the mixture to a slow boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Cool the syrup, transfer it to a lidded bottle, and add one to two dashes of orange flower water.

  4. Seal the bottle and shake well.
