Easy Homemade Blueberry Muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan by greasing and flouring or inserting paper liners.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then stir in milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring only 10 to 15 seconds until just combined and still lumpy.

  6. Gently fold blueberries into the batter.

  7. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan.

  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
