Easy Ground Beef Chili

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper until tender; drain fat.

  2. Stir in chili powder, garlic, jalapeño, tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, marjoram, and thyme. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Rinse and drain canned beans, then add to the chili and heat through.
