Easy Grilled Veal Chops Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (400-475 F) and clean/oil the grates.

  2. Coat veal chops with oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.

  3. Grill the chops for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

  4. Remove chops from the grill and let them rest, covered with aluminum foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
