Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

  2. Combine self-rising flour, salt, butter, and milk to form the dough.

  3. Knead the dough for 20 minutes, then set aside to rise while preparing toppings.

  4. Roll the dough to a 1/4 inch thickness, then brush with olive oil before adding toppings.

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is cooked.
