Easy Greek Pizza Dough (Zymi gia Lathenia)
A simple Greek pizza dough, made with self-rising flour, yields a fabulous pizza crust.

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

Combine self-rising flour, salt, butter, and milk to form the dough.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes, then set aside to rise while preparing toppings.
