Instructions

  1. Pour turkey pan juices and drippings into a 2-cup measuring cup.

  2. Skim 1/4 cup of fat from the juices into a medium saucepan; discard remaining fat.

  3. Mix rice flour with water until smooth and dissolved.

  4. Add the remaining pan juices to the fat in the saucepan.

  5. Whisk the dissolved rice flour mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly for about 5 minutes, until thickened.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
