Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

  2. Combine ground ham, mustard, chopped onion, parsley, oats, milk, and egg; mix thoroughly.

  3. Form the mixture into a loaf in the prepared pan.

  4. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and vinegar; heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.

  5. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham loaf.

  6. Bake for 60 minutes.

  7. Optionally, garnish with tomato slices, spinach leaves, and hard-cooked egg slices.
