Easy Fried Fish Fillet Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow bowl.

  2. Coat fish fillets completely with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

  3. Heat 1/2-inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  4. Fry fillets in batches for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.

  5. Transfer cooked fish to a cooling rack to drain.

  6. Serve hot, optionally with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or rémoulade.
