Easy Crock Pot Steak and Gravy

Instructions

Season cube steaks with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown floured steaks in the skillet for approximately 3 minutes per side.

Transfer browned steaks to a slow cooker.

Deglaze the skillet with beef stock, bringing it to a boil while scraping up browned bits.

Stir in condensed soup and gravy mix until smooth.

Pour the soup mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the steak is tender.
