Easy Crock Pot Steak and Gravy

Instructions

  1. Season cube steaks with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Brown floured steaks in the skillet for approximately 3 minutes per side.

  4. Transfer browned steaks to a slow cooker.

  5. Deglaze the skillet with beef stock, bringing it to a boil while scraping up browned bits.

  6. Stir in condensed soup and gravy mix until smooth.

  7. Pour the soup mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.

  8. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the steak is tender.

  9. Serve steak and gravy, garnished with parsley if desired, alongside mashed potatoes or rice and your preferred vegetables.
