Easy Crock Pot Pork Chili

Instructions

  1. Cube the pork into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; brown the pork cubes thoroughly.

  3. While pork browns, chop onion, deseeded bell pepper, and mince deseeded jalapeño.

  4. Transfer browned pork to a 5-6 quart slow cooker; add chopped vegetables and minced garlic.

  5. In the slow cooker, combine tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.

  6. Stir ingredients until well blended.

  7. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  8. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
