Instructions

  1. Turn the slow cooker on high and grease and flour its insert.

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and nuts in a medium bowl; set aside.

  3. Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs one by one, followed by milk and vanilla; mix well.

  4. Stir in mashed bananas.

  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker insert, cover, and cook on high for 1 to 3 hours until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Cool the bread in the insert on a wire rack, then carefully remove it from the slow cooker.
