Clean and pat dry the shrimp.

In a lidded skillet over medium heat, toast breadcrumbs in oil until golden.

Stir in garlic, parsley, tomatoes, and Vegeta; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.

Add wine, salt, and pepper, bringing it to a boil.

Introduce shrimp, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are cooked and sauce thickens.

Remove shrimp to a bowl; pour the cooking liquid into a serving vessel.

Serve immediately with polenta, cornbread, or crusty bread for dipping, allowing guests to peel shrimp and add sauce as desired.
