Easy Creamy Potato Salad

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water. Peel and cube the potatoes.

  2. Cook the cubed potatoes in the boiling water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, bell pepper, and onion.

  4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, onion salt, celery seed, and black pepper.

  5. Fold the mayonnaise mixture into the potato and vegetable mixture.

  6. Cover and refrigerate the potato salad until cold.
