Easy Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Simple gluten-free coconut macaroons are quickly prepared with just three main ingredients: flaked coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (165 C) and line two baking sheets with sprayed parchment paper or nonstick foil.

  2. In a bowl, thoroughly combine 5 1/2 cups of flaked coconut, one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 to 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

  3. Drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared sheets, spacing them about 1 1/2 inches apart.

  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned, then promptly transfer the macaroons to a cooling rack.
