Easy Chocolate Bourbon Truffles Recipe

Chocolate bourbon balls are simple truffles featuring semisweet chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of bourbon.

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.

  2. Stir in vanilla, bourbon, and 1/2 to 3/4 cup pecans. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill for 3 to 4 hours until firm.

  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll them in finely chopped pecans, sugar, or unsweetened cocoa. Place on a tray and chill for at least 1 hour.
