Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Butter an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.

  2. Whisk eggs, then blend with cream of mushroom soup, dill, and pepper.

  3. Stir in flaked salmon, thawed peas, half the cheese, bell pepper, onion, and breadcrumbs.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes, until melted.

  6. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
