Easy Cheese Bourekas (Dairy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine egg, cheese, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Cut puff pastry into 5-inch squares.

  4. Place a tablespoon of filling onto each square.

  5. Dampen square edges, then fold diagonally to form triangles and pinch to seal.

  6. Brush bourekas tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Serve immediately.
