Easy Cajun-Spiced Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  1. Slice large chicken breasts into thin cutlets and pound to a uniform thickness if desired.

  2. Combine seasonings and oil to create a paste, then rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.

  3. Refrigerate the seasoned chicken in a food storage bag for at least 1 hour.

  4. Grill or broil the chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
