Easy Butter Pecan Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

  2. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, spices, and brown sugar; mix well.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, and melted butter; add to the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

  5. Fold in chopped pecans.

  6. Spoon batter into the prepared loaf pan.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a rack to cool completely before slicing.
