Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, simmer all sauce ingredients except yogurt for 5 minutes, ensuring it doesn't boil.

  2. Allow the sauce to cool, then stir in the yogurt.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet. Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, then fry for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove chicken to drain on paper towels and let cool; wipe out the skillet.

  5. Cut the cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with enough Buffalo sauce to coat.

  6. Reheat the skillet and quickly warm each wrap for 20 seconds.

  7. Assemble each wrap by layering lettuce, tomatoes, celery, sauced chicken, and a bit more sauce, then sprinkle with cilantro.

  8. Fold the bottom of the wrap, then roll it tightly.

  9. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with cayenne pepper and extra cilantro.
