Easy Broiled Red Snapper With Cajun Seasonings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler and lightly oil a broiler pan rack.

  2. Brush olive oil on the skin side of the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.

  3. Place fillets, skin-side down, on the prepared rack.

  4. Season the top side with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Broil fillets 5 to 6 inches from the heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
