Easy Blueberry Sorbet Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture reduces to 1 cup.

  2. Stir lemon juice and salt into the warm syrup.

  3. Puree the sugar syrup with the blueberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.

  4. Chill the blueberry base in an airtight container in the freezer for 1 hour.

  5. Churn the chilled base in an ice cream maker, then transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
