Easy Blintz Soufflé

A sweet Kosher blintz soufflé features frozen cheese blintzes baked in a rich sour cream and egg custard.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).

  2. Pour melted butter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then arrange blintzes in a single layer.

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, then mix in sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange juice.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the blintzes and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

  6. Allow the soufflé to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
