Easy BBQ Flavored Baked Tofu

Preheat oven to 325F.

Press the tofu.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce on it.

Slice pressed tofu into 1/2-inch cutlets, arrange on the pan, top with more sauce, and bake for about 1 hour, checking periodically.

Serve the baked tofu in a sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, relish, and additional barbecue sauce.
