Easy Baked Ziti With Three Cheeses

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C/Gas 4) and butter a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.

  2. Cook ziti in boiling salted water according to package directions, then drain.

  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and half the mozzarella; add the egg and mix well.

  4. Stir in the drained pasta, transfer to the prepared baking dish, and pour spaghetti sauce over it.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
