Easy Baked S'Mores Bars

Chewy s'mores bars are easily prepared by baking a graham cracker crust topped with milk chocolate and marshmallows, requiring no campfire.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and butter a 13x9-inch baking pan.

  2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg and vanilla. Stir in graham crackers, flour, and salt.

  3. Reserve 1 cup of the graham cracker mixture and press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan.

  4. Layer the pressed mixture with chocolate chips or chocolate bars, then top with marshmallows.

  5. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker mixture over the marshmallows.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cut into bars and allow to cool completely.
