Easy Baked Churro Chips
Quick and easy churro chips, a delightful snack or dessert, are made in 25 minutes using flour tortillas and minimal ingredients.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

Melt butter or coconut oil, or prepare cooking spray.

Coat each tortilla's both sides thinly with melted butter/oil or cooking spray, then sprinkle liberally and evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Stack the coated tortillas and cut them into 8 wedges.

Place wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy and lightly browned, watching carefully to prevent over-browning.

Remove from oven and cool for 12-15 minutes before serving or storing.
