Easy Baked Churro Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

  3. Melt butter or coconut oil, or prepare cooking spray.

  4. Coat each tortilla's both sides thinly with melted butter/oil or cooking spray, then sprinkle liberally and evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  5. Stack the coated tortillas and cut them into 8 wedges.

  6. Place wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy and lightly browned, watching carefully to prevent over-browning.

  7. Remove from oven and cool for 12-15 minutes before serving or storing.
