Easy Baked Chicken Meatball Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic, cooking until tender (5-7 minutes) without browning.

  3. Combine the cooked onion mixture with breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and tarragon in a medium bowl, mixing well.

  4. Add ground chicken to the bowl and mix gently until just combined.

  5. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.

  6. Form the chilled mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

  7. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  9. Remove from oven and use in your recipes.
