Easy Baked Chicken Meatball Recipe
Baked ground chicken meatballs can be easily prepared for immediate use or conveniently frozen for future meals.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic, cooking until tender (5-7 minutes) without browning.

Combine the cooked onion mixture with breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and tarragon in a medium bowl, mixing well.

Add ground chicken to the bowl and mix gently until just combined.

Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.

Form the chilled mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
