Easy Baked Bean Casserole

A simple baked beans casserole combines canned beans with bacon, onions, and a sweet and tangy sauce for an easy barbecue side dish.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until almost crisp.

  3. Add minced onion to the bacon drippings and cook until tender.

  4. Stir in the canned beans, ketchup, corn syrup or brown sugar, and ground mustard.

  5. If not using an oven-safe skillet, transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
