Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare 18 muffin cups by greasing or lining them.

  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and apple pie filling, mixing well.

  3. Add the cake mix to the bowl, being careful not to overmix the batter.

  4. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups and optionally sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean; cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
