Instructions

Peel and chop mangoes, then place them into a food processor or blender.

Add garlic, coconut milk, fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chile, and turmeric to the processor.

Process until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier consistency; taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
