Instructions

  1. Peel and chop mangoes, then place them into a food processor or blender.

  2. Add garlic, coconut milk, fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chile, and turmeric to the processor.

  3. Process until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier consistency; taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
