Easy Almond Bundt Cake Recipe With Almond-Flavored Icing
An easy-to-make almond Bundt cake features almond filling within the batter and is finished with an almond-flavored icing.

Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 10-cup Bundt pan by coating it with cooking spray and sprinkling with 1/4 cup sugar.

In a large bowl, beat butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy, then incorporate eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Beat in the almond filling until combined.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate small bowl.

Gradually add the flour mixture and milk alternately to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour, beating until just blended.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.

Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then invert it onto the rack to cool completely.

For the icing, combine confectioners' sugar, milk, and almond extract in a small bowl until smooth and pourable, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
