Dumpling Wrapper Tiramisu Crepe Cake
A tiramisu-inspired crepe cake, easily assembled with dumpling wrappers, offers the beloved flavors of the classic Italian dessert.

Instructions

Start boiling 2 cups of water in a shallow pan.

Combine mascarpone, heavy cream, egg yolk, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla extract; whip until thick and soft peaks form.

Once water boils, add instant espresso and remaining sugar; whisk until dissolved.

Add 3-4 dumpling wrappers to the boiling coffee for 1 minute, then remove and drain on parchment paper or a cooling rack. Repeat for all wrappers.

Assemble on a serving plate by layering a wrapper with about 2 teaspoons of cream, repeating until all wrappers and cream are used.

Chill the cake for at least 20 minutes, then sift cocoa powder over the top, slice, and serve.
