Dumpling Sauce

Instructions

Place chili powder or flakes into a heatproof bowl.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small saucepan, then pour it over the chili powder and let cool.

In a separate small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of the cooled chile oil.

Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
