Dulce de Leche Fudge Recipe
A quick and simple microwave fudge features dulce de leche and toasted pecans for a delightful treat.

Instructions

Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine white chocolate chips, dulce de leche, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and the fudge is smooth; if butter separates, whisk vigorously to recombine.

Stir in vanilla, salt, and chopped pecans.

Scrape the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Cut into 1-inch squares and serve at room temperature.
