Duck Fat Biscuits
Tender and flaky buttermilk biscuits are created using duck fat for a rich flavor.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

Cut chilled duck fat into the flour mixture until crumbly.

Stir in buttermilk until just moistened.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead 2-4 times.

Pat dough into a 3/4-inch thick circle.

Cut biscuits and place on the prepared baking sheet; gather scraps to cut additional biscuits.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
