Dried Hibiscus Tea

A refreshing and healthy drink prepared by steeping dried hibiscus flowers, enjoyed for millennia.

Instructions

  1. Sift dried hibiscus flowers to remove any stems.

  2. Place the cleaned flowers in cold water and steep for 1 to 2 days, or until the color has faded.

  3. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve, discarding the flowers.

  4. Add and stir sugar until it completely dissolves.

  5. Serve the prepared tea hot or chilled.
