Dried Hibiscus Tea

Instructions

Sift dried hibiscus flowers to remove any stems.

Place the cleaned flowers in cold water and steep for 1 to 2 days, or until the color has faded.

Strain the liquid through a fine sieve, discarding the flowers.

Add and stir sugar until it completely dissolves.

Serve the prepared tea hot or chilled.
