Instructions

  1. Blend 2 cups apple cider vinegar, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 large egg, 3 tablespoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning until emulsified.

  2. Place two 2.5-3 lb halved chickens in a zip-top bag with 1/2 cup of the sauce, seal, shake to coat, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade, wipe off excess, and discard marinade.

  4. Grill chicken over charcoal for approximately 1 hour, turning and basting with remaining sauce every 10 minutes until cooked through.
