Double-Chocolate Chip Muffins
These decadent double-chocolate muffins feature both cocoa powder and semisweet chocolate chips for an intensely rich flavor.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium bowl, combine milk, melted butter, oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.

Prepare a muffin pan by greasing or using liners.

Add wet ingredients to dry; mix for under 10 seconds until batter is lumpy, avoiding overmixing.

Gently fold 1 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.

Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan.

Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top, then bake immediately for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool muffins in the pan for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack for an additional 5 minutes.
