Dessert Nachos Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter, then dust generously with cinnamon sugar.

  3. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.

  4. Arrange wedges on prepared baking sheets without overlapping; sprinkle with additional cinnamon sugar.

  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp and slightly caramelized; cool before topping.

  6. For icing, whisk softened cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and milk; transfer to a piping bag.

  7. Melt chocolate chips, stirring until completely smooth.

  8. Dice strawberries and toss with granulated sugar.

  9. Arrange cooled tortilla chips on a serving plate.

  10. Drizzle chips with melted chocolate and cream cheese icing, then top with diced strawberries.

  11. Add whipped cream and serve immediately.
