Instructions

  1. Combine flour and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg to a well in the flour mixture, then gradually whisk in milk until the batter is smooth; let stand for 5 minutes.

  3. Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, coated with cooking spray.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the hot skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. As edges cook, loosen with a spatula.

  5. Cook for 1 minute, flip, and cook for 30 more seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter to make about 6 crepes.
