Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep saucepan to 360 F.

  2. Form cold macaroni and cheese into small balls.

  3. Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk in a shallow bowl.

  4. Dredge each ball first in breadcrumbs, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs again.
