Dairy-Free Vanilla Pudding

Whisk sugar and salt in a saucepan; separately, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of almond milk.

Add the cornstarch mixture, remaining almond milk, and egg yolks to the saucepan; whisk until combined.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
