Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Beat eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Mix in the oil and vanilla thoroughly.

  4. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt at low speed.

  5. Fold in the chips by hand.

  6. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto foil-lined cookie sheets.

  7. Bake one tray at a time for 10 minutes on heavy-gauge sheets or 8 minutes on lighter sheets.

  8. Cool before serving.
