Dairy-Free Almond Milk Pudding

Instructions

Heat almond milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water.

Slowly whisk the cornstarch mixture into the hot almond milk.

Stir in salt and vanilla, then cook until thickened.

Bring the mixture to a boil for 15 seconds, then remove from heat.
